Q: I run a lot on the Montour Trail can it handle 1,000 runners at once?

A: There are some narrow spots on the trail and we ask all runners to be considerate during the race to other runners and stay to the right and be aware of your surroundings. For this reason, no dogs or strollers are permitted.
